Title : The solvabilities of SOCEiCP and SOCQEiCP
Abstract：In this paper, we study the solvabilities of two optimization problems asso-ciated with second-order cone, including eigenvalue complementarity problemassociated with second order cone (SOCEiCP), and quadratic eigenvalue com-plementarity problem associated with second order cone (SOCQEiCP). First ofall, we try to rewrite the SOCEiCP as instances of the SOCCP. Secondly, wealso try to rewrite SOCQEiCP as instances of SOCCP. Furthermore, we studysome algorithms for solving SOCEiCP and SOCQEiCP
