師大數學系 111-0學期 在職專班研究生畢業口試申請

  1. 相關時間資訊：
    學位證書登載年月預計為111年07月者：請於111年7月18日前提出申請，111年8月4日以前完成口試。
    學位證書登載年月預計為111年08月者：請於111年7月18日前提出申請，111年9月30日以前完成口試。
    論文定稿繳交暨領取畢業證書截止期限皆為111年9月30日。
  2. 請線上登記基本資料：

  3. 請至 下載專區[1] 下載相關申請文件並於7月18日之前將紙本文件送至所務助教。
    因疫情關係，畢業論文口試申請之資料可以電子檔形式繳交，請email至chinwei@ntnu.edu.tw

注意事項：

  1. 申請口試前，請先自評是否修畢必修學分與畢業學分。
  2. 105學年度(含)之後入學者須具有學術研究倫理教育研習修課證明始能畢業。
