[Course] Mid-term Course Evaluation Survey for Fall 2024

The Mid-term Course Evaluation System will be open to all students from October 21 to November 3, 2024

Evaluation results will be available to instructors after students have submitted.

You will need your ID# and password to log into the system for the evaluation and the result.

• This is an anonymous survey.
• The mid-term survey is only to be used for teaching reference, and the survey results will not be included in the overall statistical analysis.
