The Mid-term Course Evaluation System will be open to all students from April 7 to April 20, 2025

Evaluation results will be available to instructors starting from April 23, 2025.

You will need your ID# and password to log into the system for the evaluation and the result.

• This is an anonymous survey.
• The mid-term survey is only to be used for teaching reference, and the survey results will not be included in the overall statistical analysis.
