In this talk, we discuss how the rescaling process of distribution and Brakke flow is used to study their rectifiability. We introduce the pointwise differential for distribution and present four results: Borel regularity of the differential, Lusin theorem, rectifiability of k jet, and Rademacher theorem. For Brakke flow, we use the notion of space time measure, introduced in this paper, to prove the rectifiability of the Brakke flow.
